We want you to love your Threadbare pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
